Requirements for Renting:
- Good Credit (Positive credit history)
- Good Landlord Reference (Positive rental history)
- Qualifying / Adequate Income (Can be from different sources, including vouchers/subsidies)
Application Fee(s):
- $40 per adult applicant, or
- $40 per married couple.
- $40 for cosigner applications.
The application fee covers costs for screening and additional support for staff to verify information.
Viewing An Available Property:
- You can view any of our available rentals by visiting our office between 10:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- In some cases, appointments are necessary to view a unit, while for others, you may check out a key by providing your ID and contact information, along with a deposit as collateral.
